Amendment from Stellar Council
- Make $OIK staking requirements as G7 = 1,000,000, SC = 100,000
- $OIK staking requirement will be reviewed regularly.
- Give SC veto power over G7 financial decisions with a 2/3 majority vote.
- Implement multisig wallets for treasury controlled by elected DAO members and roll out on-chain voting after Phase 2.
- Remove the obligation of monthly proposal.
- Add DAO governance process in “Appendices”.

PREAMBLE
WHEREAS, it is the collective intent of all participants to establish sovereign digital ownership and equitable distribution of interstellar prosperity;
WITNESSETH that during the Corporate Governance to DAO Governance Transition Period (April–June 2025), the following provisions shall apply:
ARTICLE I: GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE
Section 1.01. Governing Bodies
- Guardian Council (G7)
- 1. Qualification: Minimum stake requirement of 1,000,000 OIK
- 2. Term of Office: Interim Committee (April 1st–June 30th, 2025)
- 3. Composition: Seven (7) seats
- 4. Powers and Duties: Authority over financial management, game management, token management, and charter amendment proposals
- Stellar Council (SC)
- 1. Qualification: Minimum stake requirement of 100,000 OIK
- 2. Term of Office: Interim Committee (April 1st–June 30th, 2025)
- 3. Composition: Maximum of twenty-one (21) seats
- 4. Powers and Duties: Authority to submit proposals regarding game mechanics, token economy, and charter amendments; oversight of approved proposal implementation
- Staking Requirements
- The staking requirement will take effect once the staking function launches. During the transition period, appointed G7 and SC members are exempt from staking requirements until this function is available.
- The staking requirements set forth herein shall be subject to monthly review by the Stellar Council and Guardian members. Furthermore, members shall retain the right to submit ad-hoc review proposals pertaining to staking requirements at any time during their term of service.
